Meridian Law Group had a four-year-old website that was costing them clients before a single conversation happened. Dense copy, buried contact forms, and a stock gavel on the homepage — the site communicated competence by accident. They were winning cases and losing first impressions. The brief was simple: make the site feel like the firm actually was.

We opened with a full audit of session recordings and heatmap data that the firm had never acted on. Users were spending 12 seconds on the homepage before leaving. Practice area pages, the firm's strongest sales argument, had the highest exit rate on the site. We rebuilt the architecture from 11 navigation items to 5, rewrote every practice area page to address client anxiety rather than explain the law, and wireframed all 7 pages before any visual decision was made.
